You do not have to kiss a stingray, but coming face-to-face with the sea life is a highlight of a trip to island, a British territory known for its supreme diving and snorkeling, scenic beaches, pristine coral reefs and favorable climate. Also a booming banking center, Grand Cayman is just a one-hour flight from Miami International Airport, 480 miles away.
