Women's aspiration to social equality with men, their strong desire to perform wider social duties have led to cardinal changes of their role in the society. Women are now more actively participating in traditional male activity categories such as policy making, public management, business and army. (1) Nowadays, women's involvement in military service no more looks as something extraordinary; moreover, this example proves that women can in fact overcome their social inequality.
