Oct. 1--BOONVILLE -- A Lowville child-care provider is moving forward with plans to construct a center in Boonville after being awarded a $600,000 state grant.
Hand In Hand Early Childhood Center plans to build a 5,000-square-foot child-care center on three acres of land off Route 12 just south of the village that is being donated by Cleve C. and Kathy Lansing. Mrs. Lansing is a member of the nonprofit agency's board of directors.
