BUFFALO GROVE, Ill. - Joseph Znidarsic has been named director of sales and marketing for the Toshiba America Video Communications Group. He fills a position that was vacated last year by veteran company executive Chris Walczak, who left to join the National Rural Telecommunications Cooperative.
