NEW YORK, Oct. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- The 29th edition of the Cannes Regates Royales has ended as a light and irregular wind day, with a 10 miles regatta, for the last stage of the Panerai Classic Yachts Challenge Circuit 2007. The 80 sea-ladies left the Cannes Vieux Port at 10 and kept on waiting until 1 p.m. to start the last race: a fundamental manche specially for the Panerai Trophy Classification to be awarded today to the winners of the whole 2007 circuit.
