MELVILLE, N.Y. -- Chyron Corporation (OTCBB:CHYN), a leading developer of hardware and software products for broadcast graphics and digital information displays, announced today that it has received approval from the American Stock Exchange for a listing of its shares of common stock. Effective with the start of trading on Wednesday, October 3, 2007, the Company's common stock will begin trading on the American Stock Exchange. The Company's new trading symbol will be CGS.
