CAMBRIDGE, Mass., May 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Biogen, Inc. (Nasdaq: BGEN) today announced the appointment of Sylvie Gregoire, Pharm. D., as Director of Regulatory Affairs-Europe. She reports to Alain Gilbert, Vice President-Europe.
Dr. Gregoire joints Biogen from Merck Sharp & Dohme (Europe) Inc., in Belgium, where she served as Associate Director Regulatory Liaison since 1993. From 1991-1993, she served as Regulatory Affairs Manager for MSD Belgium. From 1989-1991, she worked at the headquarters of Merck & Company in New Jersey, where she was responsible for the clinical pharmacology development of a new chemical entity.
