FIVE-STAR GAMES
SAN DIEGO AT NEW ENGLAND
7:15 p.m. - Ch. 11 - Line: NE by 3 1/2
Mark Craig's pick: NE by 6
The Chargers have won 11 consecutive regular-season games. On their last trip to Foxborough, they thumped the Pats 41-17 (October 2005), the last time New England has given up 40 or more points. LaDainian Tomlinson averages 137 rushing yards a game against New England, but don't forget the Pats are the team that knocked the favored Chargers out of the playoffs last year, 24-21, and caused Marty Schottenheimer's departure.
