Oct. 1--VICTORVILLE -- A Victorville man was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and being a felon in possession of a firearm after a search warrant was served by United States Postal Inspectors. Inspectors served the search warrant in the 11700 block of Old Ranch Road as part of an investigation into mail fraud. Inspectors arrested Scott Andrew Huffine, 30, who was found in possession of one half ounce of methamphetamine, The search, conducted Friday night, also revealed a loaded .45 caliber handgun. Since Huffine is a previously convicted felon, by law he cannot possess firearms. Deputies from the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department Victorville station assisted ...
