Oct. 2--Readers of The Olympian often have questions about useful ways to get rid of things they have on hand. Here are some of the questions posed to Where Do I Take My during the past few months, along with answers.
Question: I have chunks of cement accumulating in my yard. Is there a place that will recycle it?
Answer: Yes. Here are two of the South Sound businesses that accept cement for a fee: Concrete Recyclers (360-570-1662), 2935 Black Lake Blvd., Olympia; and Quality Rock (360-570-0821), 4741 88th Ave. S.W. Olympia, near Littlerock.
Q: Help! My house is being taken over by plastic cat litter buckets. What can I do? I don't want ...
