BRIEF: Bed clothes hot items in burglary.

Oct. 2--NORTH TOPSAIL BEACH -- Residents here may rest easier knowing two men accused of breaking into a beach house and stealing pillows and sheets have been arrested.

Patrick Edward Murphy, 22, and William Amos, 23, both of Camp Lejeune, were charged Saturday by the North Topsail Beach Department with first-degree burglary and felony larceny, according to warrants.

The duo broke into a house on New River Inlet Road at 3:50 a.m. and took two pillows and some linen, said Maj. Doug Freeman with the North Topsail Beach Police Department.
