Oct. 2--Kasikornbank yesterday introduced a new strategic vision aimed at expanding the bank's offerings beyond financial services.
The "K NOW" concept aims to offer "360-degree" services for customers in all aspects of life, according to chief executive officer Banthoon Lamsam.
KBank must be able to meet personal needs and business needs as well as financing needs, he said.
The new strategy comes after KBank last year reorganised its services under seven segments. Business clients were divided into corporate groups, corporate banking, small- and medium-sized businesses and micro-businesses, while retail banking was split into high ...
