SEATTLE, May 31 /PRNewswire/ -- Philadelphia's former Two Mellon Bank Center building, prominently located near the Convention Center and at the gateway to the new Avenue of the Arts and the West Market Street office district, will be transformed through an approximately $50 million restoration effort into The Westin Hotel, Philadelphia, which will open in the spring of 1997.
