NEW DELHI, Oct 3 Asia Pulse - Anil Ambani group's financial products distribution arm, Reliance Money, is open to acquisition of companies to expand its money transfer and money changing business, a top company official has said.
"We are not looking at broking distribution space. But for over the counter (OTC) business, yes... if there is opportunity (for merger and acquisitions) available in money changing and money transfer business," the company's CEO Sudip Bandyopadhyay said.
When asked whether the company had any plans to go public, the Reliance Money CEO said, "we are not looking at listing at this stage."
