Magnum Radio Group , of Tomah, has agreed to purchase three Reedsburg radio stations from NRG Media of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Terms of the deal were not released.
The three stations, which have a total of about 15 employees, are WNFM-FM (104.9), WRDB-AM (1400) and WBDL-FM (102.9). Dave Magnum, owner of Magnum Radio Group, said he expects the Federal Communications Commission to approve the sale by the end of the year, but he hasn't decided if any changes will be made at the stations.
Magnum Radio Group operates eight radio stations in Wisconsin.
