FORD SYNC
WHAT IT IS: A small PC, running a rugged version of Microsoft Windows called Windows Auto. At launch, Sync will offer hands-free phone operation, handsfree text-messaging and a universal music player that pulls songs from almost any MP3 player or thumb drive via a built-in USB port.
