ORLANDO, Fla., May 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Super Vision International, Inc. (Nasdaq: SUPVU) announced today that it signed an exclusive licensing agreement with Optic Tech International, Inc. for the manufacture of Super Vision's point of purchase fiber optic signs in the People's Republic of China, Optic Tech paid an initial licensing fee of $50,000, and will pay royalties to Super Vision based on sales of the licensed products. Optic Tech had previously signed an exclusive distributorship agreement with Super Vision.
Super Vision also announced non-exclusive distributorships awarded to ERO Elektro Rolofs in Germany, and Sign Edge in Malaysia and Brunei. Under the terms ...
