Oct. 2--Orange County's job growth is likely to create more demand for moderately priced rental housing in coming years.
That's the implication created by a review of state Employment Development Department projections in a new report from the Orange County Business Council.
Meanwhile, a separate study by Milken Institute and Greenstreet Partners found that Orange County's economy has fallen to 49th best in a ranking of the nation's 200 largest metro areas.
