Five Branches Will Open in East Bay, with First in Pleasanton

PLEASANTON, Calif. -- In its most significant branch expansion in the San Francisco Bay Area in more than 10 years, Union Bank of California, N.A. is scheduled to open six brand new branches by March 2008. Starting with the opening of a Pleasanton branch, which took place on October 1, the bank will open four other offices in the East Bay and one in the South Bay.

The Pleasanton branch opening will be followed by openings in the following locations: San Jose, Orinda, Moraga, San Ramon and Alamo. With the addition of the new locations, Union Bank will have a total of 44 offices serving Bay Area ...
