Oct. 4--Ron DelSignore has spent these past few months worried about hurricanes shutting down his business.

But it's the past few days that's got him cursing a new enemy: A boil-water order.

"We didn't have a hurricane this year," DelSignore, the noticeably frustrated manager of Il Bellagio in CityPlace, said Wednesday. "Instead, we had a week of a boil-water order that is causing people not to go out." West Palm Beach's water crisis, now in its seventh day after fecal coliform and E. coli bacteria were found in the city's water supply, has city restaurants spending more for ice, bottled water and even new coffee percolators.
