WARSAW. OCTOBER 5. INTERFAX CENTRAL EUROPE - ENERGY: Energy Group Tauron Plans to Increase Profit by 150% to PLN 1.4 bln in 3Y - Energy group Tauron, which encompasses energy and distribution companies, announced that it plans to increase profits by 150% to PLN 1.4 bln in the next three years.
Tauron also announced that it plans to build a power plant in south-west Legnica together with copper miner KGHM. The power plant could have a capacity of 5,000 MW within a few dozen years. [Rzeczpospolita, Parkiet]
