Czech media reports of double-digit price growth for apartments 'exaggerated' - experts

PRAGUE. OCTOBER 4. INTERFAX CENTRAL EUROPE - Regular reports in the Czech media that apartment prices have increased by 30% on average in the Czech Republic this year and 25% in the capital Prague are grossly inflated, several experts told a real estate conference Thursday.
