Oct. 7--A one-legged guy ambles toward the back of St. Augustine's Cemetery in Bridgeport. With his crutches, he kicks a couple of beer cans out of his way. They are in his path. He could go around them, but he doesn't.
Soon, he reaches his destination -- in the vicinity of William Rigney's grave -- drops his pants and defecates. Just like that. He's matter-of-fact about his use of a Catholic cemetery as his al-fresco personal outhouse. And he isn't fazed that there are two witnesses.
"I cut through here to get places. I live in the neighborhood," the one-legged guy says, adding that his name is Andre Torre. "I come here when I have to, ...
