Oct. 7--A $60 million condominium, hotel and retail project is the latest proposed development to try to piggyback on the coming attraction of Lucas Oil Stadium.
Indianapolis real estate broker Brian Epstein and a partnership group want to develop the 10-story building on a parking lot the group owns next to Union Station Downtown.
They're expected to file building plans with city agencies soon. Named Ralston Square for architect Alexander Ralston, who laid out the original 1820 grid for Indianapolis, the project would play off the excitement surrounding the new home of the Indianapolis Colts opening next August, and a coming doubling in size ...
