RECENT ACCOMPLISHMENTS: The folks at Palm Beach Community College conducted a nationwide search to find the new dean of educational services for PBCC's Belle Glade location.

But in the end, the top choice was right under their noses.

Barry L. Moore, who joined the college in 2004 as an associate dean of academic affairs at the Lake Worth campus, landed the job.

He will oversee academic and student services programs at the western Palm Beach County campus.
