Oct. 7--When most people think of Johnson & Wales University, they think of culinary training and hospitality. But the largest single entity at Johnson & Wales is the College of Business, which goes back to the school's founding in 1914.
The College of Business has 3,328 undergraduate students at the Providence campus, plus another 2,000 at Johnson & Wales locations in Charlotte, Miami and Denver. That figure does not include 784 students who are getting their MBA degrees from the Alan Shawn Feinstein Graduate School at Johnson & Wales.
