Oct. 9--HILLSBOROUGH -- A company interested in putting a Continuing Care Retirement Center at Corbinton Commons made its case to the Hillsborough Town Board on Monday night.

Bob Lippard of Drucker & Falk listed services -- assisted living, a "skilled nursing facility" and other yet-to-be named features -- that would be available to residents.

The real estate management firm's presentation was intended to gauge potential support from the board, which appeared to warmly receive the idea of a CCRC.
