Oct. 9--CARRBORO -- A deer crashed through a window of a Carrboro business Saturday morning and later died on the front porch of a residence.
The deer broke through the window of Thimble Pleasures at 205 W. Main St, and likely cut itself on the glass and then jumped back out and headed west on Main Street, said Capt. Joel Booker of the Carrboro Police Department.
The deer died on the front porch of 102 Laurel Ave., Booker said.
