Oct. 10--Some changes to the Interstate 10 widening construction schedule will affect drivers tonight at Speedway and I-10 and at the I-10 interchange with I-19. The eastbound I-10 interchange to southbound Interstate 19 will be one lane from 11 p.m. 3 a.m. Thursday. Crews will be modifying the overhead sign there. Westbound Speedway will be down to one lane at I-10 tonight as well. The lane closure will be in place from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. Thursday so crews ...
