Oct. 10--The hottest quarterback in the West will be at Spartan Stadium on Friday night with an opportunity to raise his profile playing in front of a national television audience.

Hawaii's Colt Brennan will be there, too.

Brennan, the Warriors' record-breaking quarterback, is the star attraction for ESPN's broadcast of San Jose State's Western Athletic Conference game against No. 16 Hawaii. But an unlikely co-star has emerged in the Spartans' Adam Tafralis, who has put up bigger numbers than the Warriors' Heisman Trophy candidate in recent weeks.
