Oct. 10--Q Recently, I was coming home from the Santa Cruz area and as soon as I got onto Highway 85, the rain started. It was pouring. Of course, I needed my wipers and I immediately turned on my headlights. There were a few others, but most of the cars were dark. Can you remind these dunderheads about the "Wipers on, lights on" law? The rainy season is upon us.
