Football player cleared in probation case.

Oct. 10--Cincinnati Bengals football player Chris Henry did not violate his probation stemming from a 2006 weapons charge, an Orange circuit judge ruled Tuesday.

The wide receiver was accused of eight violations, including failing to obtain a travel permit to attend the Bengals' training camp outside his area of supervision, according to court documents.

"You've got to allow them to work," Henry's attorney, David Fussell, said after a three-hour hearing in Orlando. "If it [the case] had not been a professional football player, this never would've reached the level it did."
