Frustrated drivers will continue to sit in traffic jams and search for parking, since county commissioners Tuesday failed to agree on a solution to the courthouse parking crunch.

One possibility would have forced about 300 courthouse employees or jurors to park at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts and take a shuttle to the courthouse. That idea didn't fly, mostly because it would be inconvenient for prosecutors, public defenders and other courthouse workers.
