College to sell, lease facility.

Oct. 10--Kendall College, which relocated from Evanston to a building on Goose Island in 2004, will put the Chicago classroom-office building and its 300 parking spaces up for sale next week. The school will then lease back most of the space, the college's president, Nivine Megahed, said Tuesday.

CB Richard Ellis broker Michael Caprile will handle the transaction.

By selling its only facility, the college plans to have more funds to invest in its educational endeavors.
