Panel To Focus On Film, TV Jobs In State.

Oct. 10--A committee of legislators, educators, union leaders and film industry officials will examine how best to develop a Connecticut-based workforce for film and television production.

House Speaker James Amann, D-Milford, on Tuesday announced the formation of the "Hollywood East" working group, which will make recommendations in the next 100 days on how to create workforce training programs in the state.
