Oct. 10--ALPINE Odessa College bareback rider Colter Harden finish second in the average at the Sul Ross State University NIRA Invitational on Saturday at the S.A.L.E. Arena.
Harden finished second in the long go with 78-point ride and then duplicated that effort to win the short go.
Bareback riders Jeremy Mouton and Cory Baudoin tied for fourth and fifth for Odessa College, which scored 315 points to place fourth in the competition.
Saddle bronc rider Aaron Lide scored 147 points on two broncs to finish fourth in the average.
Will Johnson went 14.5 seconds on two head in the steer wrestling to finish fifth and Klay Harris went 15.4 on two to finish sixth in ...
