Oct. 10--EDMOND -- An Edmond man called police after he said a road-rage altercation left his SUV with a shattered driver's side window.
Police were called to 15th Street and Broadway about 6:35 p.m. Monday, police reports said.
Phillip Arthur Hatcher, 20, and a passenger told police they were driving south on Broadway between Second and 15th streets when they were cut off by a man in a black Mercedes.
After exchanging hand gestures, both cars stopped at the light at 15th Street and Broadway. That's when Hatcher claims the driver of the Mercedes got out of his car, walked over to the SUV and said, "You want to tell me how to drive? You ...
