Sage V Foods of Los Angeles will relocate its individually quick-frozen rice plant from Texas to Little Rock, building a new 100,000-SF plant at the Port of Little Rock.
The new $20 million plant will more than double production capacity and will have "ample room for expansion," the company said. The new plant will employ between 60 and 100 people at first, with a goal of employing about 200 within two to three years.
