RED Row Brick Club suffered another setback after last week's defeat in their defence of the Division One title as Stobhill Social Club got their first win of the season in some style with a 4-1 win.

Stuart Marshall got the goal for the champions, but Stobhill took the points with strikes from Stephen Warwick (2), Liam Marshall and Ashley McAlpine.

Leaders Amble Pier 81 kept their momentum in Division One with a 7-3 win over bottom-placed Bedlington Barrington Arms (report, right).

Newbiggin Top Ship maintained their impressive start to the season with a 2-1 win over Pegswood Ex-Services.
