THE sister of a mental health patient who died while being restrained in hospital nine years ago still believes race-relations training in the NHS does not go far enough.
David "Rocky" Bennett, who grew up in Cromwell Road, Peterborough, died while being restrained by nurses at the Norvic Health Centre, in Norwich, in October 1998.
In 2005, an inquiry team, headed by retired High Court Judge Sir John Blofeld, looked into the death of the Jamaican-born schizophrenic and labelled it "tragic and totally unnecessary".
