I lived the time, I lived the terror and I lived in Montreal where it (the FLQ crisis) was all happening. Decisions needed to be made. We feared for the lives of our loved ones when the FLQ blocked the bridges, threatened the armories, blew up mailboxes and killed and maimed innocent people. It took a man, a French man, a man who had courage, strength and wisdom.., to do what was right, and what was needed, to protect our country and its citizens .... Trudeau was and is the best prime minister of the past century and took a stand where it needed to be taken. Trudeau was a hero ... he is responsible for Canada ...
