SAN FRANCISCO/KANSAS CITY, Mo., June 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Twentieth Century Companies today completed its acquisition of Benham Management International, marking the largest union ever between no-load mutual fund families. The move, first announced in February, creates the nation's fifth largest family of no-load mutual funds and the 15th largest overall. The combined organization has over $40 billion in assets under management, almost two million shareholders and 62 no-load equity and fixed income funds.
