A MUM whose baby daughter desperately needs a new liver is anxiously waiting for the telephone call that will make the difference to both their lives.
Joanna Bycroft has faced a worrying time since her daughter Farah was born on April 28.
Within weeks of her birth, Farah was diagnosed with a life-threatening liver complaint and while she is totally unaware of the seriousness of her condition her mum knows a liver transplant is the only answer.
Single mum Joanna, 36, is hopeful that her brother, Lyndon, 38, who lives in Rastrick, will prove to be a perfect match.
