LOYALIST paramilitary groups must seriously consider decommissioning over the next few months, a Newtownabbey councillor stated this week.
Councillor Tommy Kirkham made his comments during a speech to the South East Antrim Beyond Conflict group in Larne on Saturday.
The loyalist representative, who has been a spokesperson for the UDA in South East Antrim for several years, gave an assurance that "the war is definitely over".
