LOCAL food producers could soon be visiting Transylvania to learn from their Romanian counterparts.
This is the result of a visit to Transylvania that was arranged by the Taste-T project, and that enabled Graham Head of Piperfield Pork, Lowick, and one of the project leaders, Kathryn Potts, to identify opportunities for innovation in food processing in North Northumberland.
