Thank you for the invitation to the 16th Visayas Area Business Conference.
At first I hesitated to accept the invitation because I do not follow closely the progress of Agrarian Reform except by reading newspaper reports, some studies, Land Bank reports and occasional discussion with people interested in agribusiness.
