It is great news to hear that NAMM has announced that the summer show will be back in Nashville in 2008. Bringing it back to Nashville should revive summer NAMM like Lazarus from the dead. I anticipate it will be an immediate success. While it did poorly for the past three years in Indianapolis and Austin, it prospered for over a decade in Nashville and will do so again. Nashville not only has the distinction of being Music City USA, but it is ideally located. There are three ways one can get to a show: walking, driving, or flying. Few attendees are close enough to walk (and it's a dubious advantage for me being only one block from the Nashville convention center since we ...
