MOLINE, Ill., June 6 /PRNewswire/ -- John Deere Owner Trust 1992-A today announced that it has elected to redeem on June 29, 1995 all of its outstanding Class A-2 Floating Rate Asset Backed Notes and make the final distribution on its Floating Rate Asset Backed Certificates on such date. The redemption price of the Notes and the final distribution on the Certificates will be equal to the outstanding principal amount of the Notes and Certificates.
