A 'GOOD citizen' who sexually abused a mentally impaired woman has had his 'unduly lenient' jail sentence increased by top judges.
Peter Charles Clark, 61, of Wainfleet Road, Skegness, engaged in fellatio and digital penetration with the young woman, who was so mentally disabled as to be unable to consent to sex, London's Criminal Appeal Court was told.
Clark was jailed for four years at Lincoln Crown Court on June 15 this year, after pleading guilty to sexual activity with a person with a mental disorder impeding choice.
