REELING relatives of residents at James Hince Court used this week's Carlton Parish Council meeting to criticise Notts County Council plans to close the care home.
Three representatives from the county council faced questions from staff and family members concerned about the plans.
Parish councillors decided more time was needed to consider how to oppose the proposed closure of the dementia-specialist home following a lengthy debate on Tuesday night.
"Old folks homes are an entirely different ball game from dementia," said one relative.
